I can not say enough about the Professionalism of this company. No mess to clean up. Nate and his crew are Awesome! They updated my furnace with a new filtration system and installed a new home humidifier unit to replace the current one that was installed by another company that has never worked right since my home was built 3 years ago. We are excited for cleaner air and no static!! Highly recommend!

Jim was a bit early( big👍) and after some time in the basement, he told me what the problem was and he was able to get the part today & get it installed pretty quickly. I feel the price was very reasonable. Jim was VERY respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers except when he went out to his truck & while in the basement. Plus, he's really quiet. After receiving quotes from other companies, he not only was the most knowledgeable about heating and cooling, but he also beat out the competition's price by nearly half. Our furnace went out and Nate from AirLux was able to get to our house in an hour to perform at service call. Nate was very polite and respected Covid precautions. Nate offered to bring space heaters and was able to give us great advice. Although, we did not use AirLux for our new furnace installation, I would work with them again in the future.

My furnace went out on one of these frigid, cold days. Nate called back within minutes and was out here as soon as he finished his other call. Got me right back up and running. Brian came out two days later for a tune up and it's never run better. Both men were very knowledgeable and professional. No hard sell but lots of information so I can plan long term. Thanks, guys!

So thankful for being able to get a quick appointment. Just as scheduled Nate arrived a few hours after my call. He was very professional. Including putting covers on his shoes before walking around my home. He quickly diagnosed my problem and just as quickly repaired my furnace. I was pleasantly shocked at how affordable the cost of the visit was. Nate was friendly and informative. He has a devoted customer that will surely refer him to friends and family!

AirLux was vary professional throughout the entire process of helping us to choose our heating and air conditioning system along with a new gas water heater. Their installation was clean and the service technicians respected our home even wearing disposable foot coverings while working inside the house. Would not use anyone else.
