Jim did a great job! He explained everything that he was doing. He is a people person.

Our furnace was having issues after our CO monitors went off. We are an existing AirLux customer (we have their maintenance plan) - and when we called they were there in 30 minutes. Nate brought us space heaters to keep us warm while they worked and figured things out. We have heat now and are grateful for their fast and very courteous service.

They installed my mini split system and were professional and so clean! Nate and Jim are so polite, always on time and friendly. I always recommend AirLux!

Airlux provided a speedy response to my problem. The technician, Jim P. is kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and made recommendations for my aging furnace. He was very kind to my elderly mother and she was impressed with his professionalism and kindness. She described Jim as a very nice guy who took the time to explain everything to her.
