The service call for my spring AC checkup went well. Jim was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. The only part I did not like was I had made an appt last fall for the AC check and it was cancelled without letting me know, so they could implement a new scheduling system. I know now to call this fall to get it scheduled. Also, the baby racoons that appeared have left. Thanks for the great service!
