I loved Francis J Cusumano DDS, PA because he was very straight forward and had additional interpreters.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Cusumano and the rest of the staff, everyone there is friendly and very knowledgeable. I will be using him again for the next extraction that I have to do, If you are in need of an oral surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Cusumano.

Dr Cusamano is fantastic. The only issue that I was upset about was that I was out in a freezing room, hooked up to the monitor and left for almost an hour with no one updating me or checking on me. My appt was at 1040 and my procedure ended up starting about noon. Everything went very well with the procedure and follow up

I loved Dr Cusumano and his staff they were all so friendly and helpful made me feel really at ease at my first appointment. I was really nervous about having to have a tooth extracted but they reassured me I wouldn’t feel anything but the iv. And that was all I felt the next thing I knew was it was already done absolutely no pain at all ..I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is hesitant or unsure about having dental work done ❤️🙏

I was sent to this office by the VA. I had already been to a totally different office/dentist in New Bern and was made to feel worse about my situation. The staff Cusumano’s office was totally different! They made it seem like any other day. They offered a thorough explanation and mapped out a plan. I am thankful that I ended up here and look forward to becoming a patient now and in the future!

Dr Cusumano has been working with me for some years now, accommodating our travel and insurance circumstances. He has even provided a couple of free services along the way. He and his staff are very friendly. Dr. C explains whatever he has done after the surgeries and we are able to call his office with questions. It is also comforting to know that he discusses follow up treatments with his wife and there are no miscommunications. Definitely recommend him.
