I started my aesthetics journey with another program and realized that what they offered was not enough for me to start as not only a safe injector but a confident one. I’ve taken 4 classes so far and have no negative experiences to date.
What attracted me to Aesthetic Mentor was the hands on portion where we were able to start our practice on live models under supervision by instructors, that were provided by the school! It sounded too good to be true but it’s not! I was able to inject 3-5 models each class I took which I felt is invaluable as a new injector. In addition, A “Day 2” is offered for intro to neurotoxin and intro to fillers and I also would highly recommend. We were able to inject 12-13 models for neurotoxin day 2 and 5 for filler day 2. The classroom discussion was very thorough and informative with Dr Mourre, really taking the time to make sure we had understanding of the concepts. My instructors for the hands on portion, Chris and Greta, were so welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding me along with such patience. I am very much a hands on learner, and the amount of experience I received in this class is unmatched! I was a little nervous to begin with but I can honestly say I left that class with a confidence in my technique that I did not expect to have. Moving into the field of aesthetics is something I have wanted to do for a long time and I am so happy I finally made the leap with Aesthetic mentor. Aesthetic Mentor (AMA) was the perfect place to start my aesthetic carrier. I took many classes at AMA- including Intro to neurotoxin, dermal fillers, neurotoxin II, Lip intense, chin & jaw and cadaver class.
