I love this place because it’s a good way of getting botox and fillers at amazing price but Mainly the students are supervised by highly trained injectors. I feel safer there than in a spa where the injector is not nearly as experienced. I would have given 10 stars but they now do a flat price and I have very few wrinkles , As I am doing this in order to maintain what I have so that is not as good for me but I do recommend this place to everyone !!! If you are tempted to try fillers or Botox .... you MUST go to Aesthetic Institute .

I was so impressed with Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts. There was so much teaching being provided. I mentioned that during my procedure. There was constant discussion of what looked right, what felt right, timing, evenness. The teaching continued throughout the entire time. Great questions were asked.

The ladies that treated me were well informed, respectful and focused. The value was excellent! My only issue is that I noticed a lot of carelessness with masks- either either being worn incorrectly or off when it should have been on.

Dr.Russo’s classes and teaching method made the content was clear as comprehensive. Having the hands on clinical training directly after made it easier to apply knowledge into direct patient care and treatment.

Dr Russo is amazing. The class was small and intimate, which made for a better learning experience. During the hands on portion, the instructors were extremely knowledgeable but friendly and laid back. Which again, made for better learning.

I’ve taken both the intro to neurotoxin and filler classes. Both classes were perfectly taught for beginners. The hands on portion was by far my favorite. My instructors made me feel so comfortable and helped walk me through every step. Dr. Russo used his own experiences to help train us which was so helpful.
