From call in as new patient to exam was same day in 2 hours! Dr Vogel and staff were fantastic. High anxiety going into the unknown leaving much calmer and understanding what was going on with my eye. Left felling I was in good hands. Highly recommend. Other patients in the waiting room for follow up appointments were friendly and assured their experiences were very good also.

I feel really comfortable with the expertise of Dr. Vogel. I am dealing with a scary situation with my retina and have a long road ahead of me, but he made me feel confident and hopeful after many missed diagnosis from previous ophthalmologists. Reception was very friendly and efficient, which describes the rest of the staff. Once I was called back, things moved swiftly, from medical history to initial exam to eye drops to testing...even the time needed for dilation was faster than previously experienced. Dr. Vogel was thorough and encouraging. I actually look forward to my next visit.

Pleasant staff, doc on time. One of the techs talked extremely fast which is not easy to understand for someone like me who wears hearing aids. Slow down, please. I realize the instructions he gives are repetitive and frequent for him. But not for the new patient.

Everyone was super friendly and caring. Very efficient. All my questions were answered in wording I could understand and everything was explained clearly before scans, photos and laser treatment.

Dr. Vogel met me at his office, on very short notice - on a Saturday - to help me with a potentially serious issue. He was very professional and kind. He performed a quick laser treatment around a small tear in my retina. It was only slightly uncomfortable and I walked out of the office in an hour. A well deserved 5 star rating.
