I ended up getting 3 quotes and advanced level roofing was in the middle for price point, they offered better warranties, so I decided on giving advanced level roofing a try. We have a duplex; we used Advanced Level, and my neighbor used someone much less expensive. Our roof was done in 3 hours; their roof is still ongoing; it's been 7 days, and the rain is hitting the open plywood on the roof, and they can't get ahold of the roofers.
