I rarely remember to write reviews, but I was so impressed that I wanted to share. Advanced Cleaning recently cleaned a large rug of ours, and the quality and timeliness of the work is unbeatable. Toddler mayhem landed a large orange stain on my beautiful blue living room rug; I was horrified and knew that this was never going to come out. Absolutely love the owner! She's very sweet and friendly! However, I wasn't given a fair chance at this job. I left the job I had been working for a little over a year in beliefs that I could advance with this company. Six days just wasn't enough time to catch on to such a fast paced cleaning service. Had Dominic from Advance Cleaning come deep clean my carpets and tile floor. Extremely professional, quick and detailed on each room. Definitely would recommend. My carpets were stained and dirty and Dominic got even the toughest stains out. Have nothing but great things to say about this company. Will use for future projects for sure! Read more >

Dropped off a couple rugs and came back just as filthy, the worst one looks like someone started to clean it & gave up or flipped it over & spread the dirt up through the bottom all over the top. I called and told them the rugs were still filthy & asked what they could do about the situation (since i payed $50.00 to have 2 small/medium sized rugs cleaned & did not get what I paid for) I was told that everything that could be done to clean them was done & they would not come clean. no money back, no credit towards another cleaning. Now for the most ridiculous part, I took some cleaner from under my bathroom sink & scrubbed the rug a bit & it started to come clean.. so please tell me how you "tried everything" with your industrial strength cleaners & could not get the job done. I called Advanced Cleaning hoping to get my furniture cleaned In time for the holidays . To my surprise, it was no problem at all. They worked with my schedule and got me in very quickly. I could't be more pleased with the service I received from Advanced Cleaning. Not only did they bring new life back to my carpet. I had recently completed some remodeling work in the area they were cleaning. They diligently worked and were able to get all of my oops spots removed where I had gotten paint on the floor. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. Anvanced cleaning did a fantastic job on an area rug that had been a favorite to get tinkled on by dogs. We have tried to get that smell out without much luck. Advanced cleaning Service cleaned our rug and took the odor out and it looks and smells like a new carpet! Read more >

Advanced Cleaning Service has made my home a great place to breathe on more than one occasion. When you are an animal lover, and have an allergy-ridden family, it's not easy to keep things as allergy-free as they should be. Advanced Cleaning Service does a spectacular job on duct cleaning. When you see what comes out of your ducts you'll be ever so grossed out at what you've been breathing. Do it every year to keep your family on the healthy side. And even though I have a little, portable rug cleaner, nothing compares to Advance Cleaning Service's ability to make your area rugs, carpet, and furniture really and truly clean. Hey, spills happen. What you think you've cleaned well still has some nasty business lurking in it. At the very least, get your rugs and furniture cleaned once a year.
