I have been a client of Dr. Kelly for over four years and experienced even better health results when starting the MAT treatments with Pat. As a nurse, I have tried multiple medical treatments, alternative medical treatments, chiropractors and feel at ABD the combined activator technique with MAT has given me better pain relief, muscle strength and overall resilience. Two years ago I had the diagnostic blood testing and found out I needed to change my lifestyle immediately or I would be facing the diagnosis of diabetes. Nutrition supplements specific to what my body needed were prescribed by Dr. Kelly and I was supported for my changed diet with a new way to shop for food, easy recipes to follow, protein drinks and snacks to keep me on track. Within one year I was back on track with a changed diet combined with nutrition supplements and exercise giving me more energy with no major illnesses. I lost 15 pounds that has stayed off due to the continued encouragement and support of ABD staff.
