I started Adrian Hearing Center about nine years ago. It was a refreshing atmosphere to step into since 1.) Tom was obviously very knowledgeable with the whole spectrum of what an individual faces when one realizing that there is a need for hearing assistance. 2.) Tom also displayed a non-salesman approach, something that was a refreshing change after visiting three other competitors. 3.) Finally, the quality of product and the after service he has given over the last nine years has been the best. And always does with a genuine and sincere servant's heart.
