He demonstrated professionalism and did so with integrity. When Scott spoke to us about the house, his expertise was obvious. What I appreciated most, however, was that he did not offer his opinion, but presented us with the facts – clearly articulated to us what the issue was, patient as we asked our questions, and answered in layman’s terms to make sure we understood.
