I wish I could give ACR Solar 5 stars like the other customers that rated them so highly; however, there were a few reasons that kept me from giving 5 stars. Timeline: At the start of our project, I was given an expected completion date of 3 days. The actual completion took at least 9 business days. I realize that things happen out of our control, but it took at least 3 times longer and I was rarely informed of the estimated time. Communication: I would have liked to receive estimates on the progress of the project, especially since we were past the estimated completion time. The main way I learned of how long the project would take was by asking Clark, who then had Chris call me with an update. Or, on the days that Bob was at my house by the time I got home, I would ask him and he would try to tell me what he knew about the project as a whole even though he was tasked with installing...
