I was in constant communication with my move coordinator and all of my questions were answered prompt. The movers who were very nice and helpful. They made sure everything was secured and packed while moving and also made sure each box was accounted for once delivered. Overall , the service was a 10/10

Experience was good. Only issue was When the movers came to pickup my shipment they didn’t have or were not provided an inventory sheet so they didn’t know what all i had, but it ended up working out. Upon arrival i had one small item missing, but movers were professional and timely. Boxes arrived in good condition and no damage. I utilized atlas a year ago as well and would use again for future moves.

The customer experience was the best! This was my second move using Ace Relocation and I would never use anyone else. Terry the driver and the crew are unbelievable and have made this a great experience. If you’re moving Ace Relocation is a must call.

I enjoyed working with Ace Relocation Systems Washington DC because they provided excellent customer service and moving services. It started with a call back I received from Phil who was able to assess our space and provide us with an accurate quote of the level of effort it would take. We were then assigned to Natasha who was our relocation coordinator who was attentive and provided us with all the information needed to ensure our move was smooth. The team assigned to pack us up and move us was very efficient, friendly and fast. Our overall experience was positive and we had peace of mind having the team take care of our moving needs.

I felt the people who packed and delivered the items were very professional. I was disappointed with getting notification of payment due less than 24 hrs before delivery. I had asked to be able to pay by check when the items were picked up. Then less than 24 hours prior to delivery I was given notice by email that I needed a bank check or credit card.

I will never use another moving company. They are punctual and their communication is prompt and straight forward start to finish. True professionals.

Movers were excellent. The company itself didn’t valuate our move correctly and we ended up paying roughly 8k with a move that was 5 miles up the road and with 12 days storage. I loved the movers as they were careful. I do wish they unboxed everything that was boxed at the destination. But overall it was a pricey yet good experience

They organized the move well. They showed up on time, inventoried all our items, and loaded them carefully and efficiently. We were updated about their status in transit and the items were delivered within the estimated delivery window. Items were unloaded carefully and no items were broken or damaged. An issue with billing versus the estimate was properly taken care of. ACE and atlas were professional and responsive throughout the move process.
