Ace team did a great job overall from estimating, coordinating, packing/unpacking, and overall timeliness. Although I would’ve like to have my move done a day earlier, you guys were great at setting expectations upfront and communicating along the way.

My only less than favorable feedback was coordinating the third party TV unpack experience where it frankly fell short. I had to call/manage MSS/Ace to figure out when the scheduled day of unpacking the TV would be when I believe should’ve been on the same day of our unpacking. Anyway, someone did get it done that same day but I had to manage it and push it forward. Otherwise everything was good. Thanks.

The movers were fantastic on both ends. My issues were with the relocation specialist and other support staff. They are almost impossible to get hold of. During a move there are questions and issues that must be addressed immediately. It shouldn’t take four days to return calls and emails in the midst of a move.
