Chris, Steve, Cindy, and everyone who had a hand in our move were spectacular. They were professional, efficient, hard-working, creative and quick-thinking, compassionate (I was coordinating with donation pickups and even a plumber as they started), personable - and even had great tastes in music to which they worked.

The team Steve and Cindy had on the packing end was matched in every way by the team at our destination.

I felt a complete sense of trust in their work and was so impressed by how they managed everything from bringing a several-hundred pound safe up the mountain ridge from our basement to wrapping up Depression glassware from my grandparents' wedding. I was also impressed that the truck was spotless on both ends of the move. (My Unminivan was covered with road dirt from driving the distance, which included snow in Portland.)

Ace took away the stress of moving. I moved from the Bay area to Seattle. The entire experience, from using video conferencing to send a very accurate estimate, to answering questions (Gwen Mellow, my advisor was patient and prompt), being there on time on the moving day, being careful with furniture, checklist including marking off scuffs, e-signing, and lastly delivering on the due date at the right time. I hardly had to do any work. Gwen was pro active and kept me in the loop. Finally, a company that delivers what they claim.

This company really helped me during my move from California to Texas. From my first phone call to setup a consultant walk-through down to the very last of the un-loading team on the other side was fantastic! The estimate after the walk-through was given and the total cost came in just under the estimate. No hassles and each team kept me up to date on the progress. I arranged the move several weeks in advance and all dates were on time. I highly recommend Ace Relocation Systems - moves are stressful enough and these folks make it as easy as possible for you!

We moved across the country from the midwest to California several times, and by far Ace Relocation was the best company we've used. The initial survey of our household was done via video. You set up a schedule and use your mobile device. From start to finish, the movers/packers were very helpful and professional. Our driver was the best! The communication from Ace was excellent. We knew exactly when our things would arrive, and there were no surprises. Overall, the moving experience was very smooth. If and when we ever move again, there is no question that we will use Ace Relocation again.

I would highly recommend Ace Relocation Services. My move team lead by Steve, was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I have had bad moving experiences in the past, and was wary even after receiving a not to exceed estimate ahead of time. The move could not have gone smother and there were no hidden charges. As a single mom trying to keep costs down, they turned a stressful time into a stress free experience. I can't thank them enough!

We had an excellent, smooth moving day thanks to Ace. The 3 men were all so professional and did a great job throughout the day. From the moment they arrived, they moved faster than I could even keep up with, running up and down our 3 flights of apartment stairs countless times (plus more stairs at our house later!). I have made 5 large moves over the past 6-7 years (3 across state lines) and while this was the closest origination to destination move, it was by far the more seamless move I have ever done - also involving the largest amount of items to be moved. I have never written a review before. But when they asked me, I feel I had to write. I have moved numerous times across many states. And this move really stands out as my best experience.

From the beginning of estimate to the delivery of the last box, all were done so professionally and efficiently, I was very impressed. Packing took a little bit longer then I expected, but I now realize that it was because they were handling with such care. I was so amazed every time I unpacked a box by how well they packed all the different sizes of items in one box. It was almost an art.

Delivery was a big concern for me, because we were moving into a three story townhouse. But that was no problem. They delivered everything with care, not a single furniture was damaged. Previously, all moves made me think things could have been better.

For us, a long move was from San Jose to San Clemente. The timing was critical for us and Ace accommodated our schedule perfectly. A move coordinator was assigned and was available to help make the move as simple as possible.
On move day, the driver and crew showed up, conducted themselves professionally and the move was "in progress."
At our destination, the driver and crew unloaded our furniture and boxes, assembled the furniture and made the accounting of the items as simple as possible.

I had never used a moving company before and I was worried about the care of my stuff. Searching online it sounded like these guys do a good job and after using them I can say that they did a great job with my move. They cared for my stuff and I didn't ever see them be rough with it. There were fast to load and unload and I did not find any damage. I would definitely use them again.
