Overall, the team did a very good job. Just a couple of items of concern.
One gentleman from the packing team was watching TV (Sponge Bob) on both days of packing/loading and took a long time when others on the team were working.
Items were not packed and it seemed as if things that were sealed/new were not packed based on the individual discretion of the packer rather than a set go/no-go decision matrix. When unpacking, we could NOT find the silverware. Why not pack silverware with kitchen items instead of clothing items and actually label the box the silverware was in???
On delivery side, none of the Televisions we're unpacked, exercise equipment was not put together and my wall was damaged from delivery of our piano w no word on how Ace will take care of the repairs.
