I enjoyed working with ACE since they made a complicated process I had several concerns about come off as promised and relatively stress-free. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. The coordinators, Tyler Hock and later Brent Garrett, were exceptional in estimating the move, explaining the process and providing regular updates. I appreciated the way they seemed to always check in at the right time to check if we had any concerns and to provide information.

The guys worked very hard and did an awesome job!

Had a good experience working with Bea and Heather who are very helpful and customer focused individuals. They worked with us, understood our situation and requirements and came up with solutions that best worked. Both are smart professionals who demonstrated customer focus and service at the highest level. Moves are inherently stressful but working with Bea and Heather helped make our inter state move less stressful! Recommend working with them!!

My experience with them was stress free since they paid such close attention to everything. I didn’t feel I had to be on high alert. The day before the move in they prepped all the floors and checked doorways for width and where each room was. The day of the move they were on time and very efficient. ACE Relocation Services was exceptional from start to finish. Bea promptly came to estimate the cost of the move and she thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. Jennifer let me know she would be my point of contact that I could address all questions and issues with. These ladies were exceptional. The movers showed up within the time window Jennifer provided and were diligent about taking care of my furniture and walls. They worked non-stop and consistently asked me where I would like items placed. They were a pleasure to with, and they finished early so I got money back.

Overall my experience was positive with regarding booking and the pickup. The delivery was excellent. However, I did have issues with my coordinator. The coordinator communication was not the best: sufficient notice was not given and communication often needed clarification.
