We loved our move crew at pick up and delivery! They were professional and thorough! This would have been a five but you HAVE to find a better way to estimate or really communicate cost to the customer! You use terms like “lift van” and charge per but cannot provide the customer and itemized break down of what’s inside. We have to “trust” that things are packed efficiently and when your estimates are 2 while lift cans off ($1600) we are supposed to just hand over the money no questions asked. The people we worked with were great but as a company you just have to do better with how you keep customers informed of cost!

We had a great experience with Ace!! Very thorough, great communication, polite and respectful of our belongings! Efficient and timely when loading and unloading our stuff!

Ace did a pretty good job. They were careful in wrapping everything and were prompt and efficient. Of course with any move there’s bound to be a few casualties and unfortunately my bar stools and tv stand had some scratches, but the claims process was pretty straightforward

William and team were perfect. Professional, accommodating and detail oriented. Everything arrived and in good shape! 11/10, will use again.

Kelly was great, Scott and crew at origin and destination were great. Third party at origin was great and at destination was suspect but turned out ok.

Origin service was fantastic. Driver arrived at the destination as scheduled. Destination crew was weak - put things together wrong, some didn;t speak English, cheap dscrewdriver was stripping the screws in reassembling my table so I got my own and did it. Despite my instruction, a bed frame was positioned backward with the headboard metal flange sticking out to scrap your leg on. Uncrating service arrived a day late.

We loved Ace Relocation Service Phoenix! Our home and belongings were treated with great care and they kept us informed from the day of booking right up to the delivery at our new home. If we ever had to move again, I would definately use ACE!!
