This was my second relocation experience with Ace relocation. My first experience was excellent and this second time, they did not disappoint. Commendable professionalism and superior customer service every step of the way.

I had a great experience with Ace Relocation System Phoenix for a cross country move of a three-bedroom house from AZ to the east coast in June! The relocation coordinators communicated with me throughout the process including changes to pick up and delivery dates. My final bill was pretty close to the original estimate so no unpleasant surprises there. The crews at pickup and delivery were all very professional. The only issue at delivery was that some items had been disassembled and had to be reassembled. I've moved around a great deal, and this was my first positive moving experience.

The movers were friendly, professional, accommodating, and polite. They did every thing they could to us with our move and to make it a very positive experience. They took much care with our household goods and got them to our new house safely. I would definitely use you again or recommend you to others.

It's stressful, in general, moving, esp. from one coast to another. There was an issue, at one point, but I can honestly say, it was resolved with professionalism, and great communication . All did go smoothly, from the move coordinator, to the driver. I would use them again, and do recommend Ace Relocation.

The driver (Dylan G.) and his team in both (pickup and delivery) locations were excellent. They were strategic in packing and unloading my home items, which is critical for the move process. Jennifer Neal was great! The team that came and packed my things was fantastic!!! The driver was awesome and allowed my things to stay on his truck instead of going into storage!!! I give the team A+++.
I feel that Quen could use a little coaching from Jennifer. She kind of talked down to me like this was the first time I had ever moved. I have moved 9 times always using Atlas Van Lines. I also work in the Relocation department at Bank One arranging the moves for Executives that got transferred. So I know about moves.
As far as any damage I am still unpacking boxes. So far there was one broken lid to my Mom's canister set.
