15-year old pump failed. Called ACE Pool Repair, based on solid Yelp reviews. Albert answered (didn’t have to leave a message!) and was extremely professional and accommodating for my needs and schedule. A couple days later, Alec showed up as schedule and diagnosed perfectly within a few minutes. I received the official quote in an hour and it was exactly as he stated, and very fair compared to what I was expecting. A cancellation got my repair done even quicker and all works great! Alec even recommended I do a valve replacement (simple, for $18!). Great firm! I will certainly use again!!!

I called and talk to Albert about a possible leak in our Jacuzzi. Albert said that his partner Alec was in the area on a job it would be out there that day. Within a few hours Alec showed up eliminated the check valve in the light was not the problem. He had his leak detection team come out within a couple days and found a leak in one of the drains. We had another company that pressure tested the whole pool and jacuzzi found no problem. But the next day the Jacuzzi was still leaking so thanks to Ace pool repair our pool and Jacuzzi are running just fine.

After moving into our "new" house, we realized that we had a very leaky spa filter that was way past its prime. Seeing all the positive reviews on Yelp, I gave them a call, got an estimate and hired them. All three of the guys I had direct contact with - Albert, Jeff and Alec - were unfailingly helpful, responsive and, most important, very knowledgeable and competent. (You can always tell when someone is good at what they do when they don't mind someone like me hanging around and watching them work.)

Our new filter is working very well, as is the replacement GFCI outlet for the original that wasn't working correctly. I also learned a lot about our system and how to operate and properly maintain it along the way.
