I am a first time home buyer, and a ridiculously thorough person. I had my own notebook, inspection checklist, seller's disclosure, and tape measure with me; Very humorous to the inspectors, but they did their job. I was astonished by how patient and knowledgeable they were. They answered all of my questions, and I had a lot! As well as kept the whole thing like and wholehearted, it was as fun as informative and overall better than expected! Would recommend them to everyone!
