This company has taken my money to put in a new AC system when they knew I have poor ducts & airflow problems in my house before they installed my new AC. Bo, the senior installer came out & reviewed my ducts & return, took many pictures to share with their designer for my home. Bo assured me my new AC system would shut off & on properly , I questioned him many times about this as did my son.
I had problems right after the installer Adrian left my house , I called & reported that my AC unit would not shut off and it ran for 8 hrs straight. I called the office & got a huge run around from this company, no one came out for 48 hrs!!! Company told me no one available.
I asked to speak to owner of company amazingly I was told “he was out of town!!!”
Ace had their own specialist Harold come into my home after the job was done & paid for!! He said the problem is with the vents, duct work & return and they are NOT adequate for my house.

They will not stand by their install & correct their mistakes knowing my vents & air return were not adequate.
They now want to put in a air Diverter on my duct work . This is an airflow issue which they knew about before their install. When you hire a licensed professional you expect them to know their job !!! The home owner has no clue on AC.
I hired & got a second opinion from another HVAC company, they also reported it was an airflow issue and that ACE home service knew about it before the install .
I was told any reputable company would of assessed the duct work, vents & return which are all extremely important for a unit to work properly!!!
I’m not going to give up on being taken advantage of by ACE home services, I intend to do whatever I can legally !
