I've been working with Ace Home Services for the last six years since we purchased an HVAC system from them. Tim Herring has been our regular service technician for the last several years and I'm pleased that he is able to continue our tune ups and maintenance because he is professional, informative, honest and a real nice guy to work with.

Ace has been our Air Conditioning Service Provider for a year now - and I am highly impressed - they check things out, recommend service issues - but there is no pressure. Our recent check up saw nothing was needed - and since we had a service plan with them, there was no charge. Amazing.

We had a great guy come out -Bo - he was thourough and really seemed to have our interests at heart. He was caring and friendly.He was really knowledgeable about air conditioners and really knew his stuff but he might could use a class on how to do the paperwork after he made the sale. Anyways they were here bright and early the nest day to install!

I am so grateful to Stuart Myers for responding so quickly to my call Monday morning to fix our a.c. which started acting up Sunday night. A new fan motor, and just a few hours later, we were back in the cool before the day really started heating up! I highly recommend him for everyone in and around the city of Maricopa.

Shane came to our house on schedule and went right to work on the AC system. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained why the unit was not working in terms that I could understand. He was very pleasant and professional. He got the parts needed and had our system up and running before the day was out. I will be calling these guys back for any future AC or plumbing work!

Gabe was so nice and really. Had a lot of knowledge about my cooling system. he made the process easy and very understandable. Again thanks to gabe.

I joined ACE recently and I can say that we try are very hardest to not only be up to date with everything but also make our customers happy. I sheduled a tune up with ACE and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The office called to remind of the appointment. Then the day if I received a detailed text with the appointment information and the technician background and photo! I thought that was awesome! The tech did a wonderful job, he was prompt and professional! I strongly recommend ACE for all your cooling; heating or plumbing needs!

Francisco, was here today and advised me on what was wrong with my AC. I am totally grateful for his helping me understand what was needed and for the help he is giving me.

Due to my kids throwing some rocks into my unit outside, I was experiencing some rattling noises on the unit. I spent some time trying to diagnose it myself but came up short. I reached out to Stuart Myers as he had bailed me out on an issue before. He showed up very promptly and within a few seconds pointed out my issue. Seems that I missed the fact that the grill became separated in an area which was causing the noise with the vibration. He spent the next 10 minutes talking to me about the unit itself and providing some details about their services. Needless to say, without Stuart, I would have probably ordered some parts to attempt the fix myself not realizing the root cause.

Will be setting up a tune-up with Stuart in the next few weeks before the AZ summer gets here!

Robert was out today to check my A/C unit. He thoroughly explained what was going on and what was needed to get the ac going. It turned out we needed a new unit. He went above and beyond to get me approved for a new system. He was very friendly & experienced. He was very patient with me and helped me out with the entire process. He made it possible to get my new unit installed for the next day. Highly Satisfied.

He is genuine, caring, and passionate for each and every last one of his employees. Whether you've been here for ten days or ten years, management treats each employee with the love and care. Im an employee as well as a customer. When i became a customer the master plumber went out of his way for me and my family and im very greatful to Shane also im greatful to my supervisor james for letting me take the time off from work so i can help my famiky get ready to have the new pipes installed and restart refilling my trench back in. Tyvm to shane and James im truely greatful.

I called today to get my heating system back up and running spoke with Christian. First off great customer service and people skils. Tech showed up on time and got my system back up and running no problem. Would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

I had Ace out at my home earlier to do a Tune Up on my furnace the service was amazing. The tech was super nice and explained everything in detail so I could understand it. My home is now warm and cozy. Thank you Ace!
