Just had my annual A/C check up with ACE and Stuart Myers. Great customer service as always. Keeping it cool for sure!

Jim S. completed the service for me. He was very thorough and reported to me exactly what he found. He reminded me that we had 20 days to get the maintenance done which will be done at no cost to me.

The service is excellent and you can count on the service tech to be there within the time given. Ryan spent the time to fix and explain to me what was needed. He is a most knowledgeable tech.

I've just had a frustrating problem with my AC. Had to have a new one installed by Ace Home Services. After a short while the new one had problems. That turned out to be a defective part in the new unit ( manufacturer defect). Ace did every thing possible to correct the problem. I can't say enough about how I'm impressed with J P (field manager) . His knowledge, determination, and work ethic is amazing. He went way above any standard to get my AC going in this very hot time of year. Thanks JP, you are truly one of "the good guys".

Their communication is brilliant! I received a dispatch call at 7:00AM Monday morning to say the technicians had picked up the equipment for the install and were on their way. I received texts from both technician's with their photo and a write up on how long they have been with the company and a bit about them. We had an 8:00 o'clock appointment and they arrived at 8:00AM on the button! They were professional, courteous and extremely hard workers. We now have a brand new system and are extremely happy with the work performed at our home. Thank you ACE Home Services!

Great company. They are prompt, efficient, and courteous. Had problems with our a.c. unit leaking. A year later it was misfiring and having trouble starting. Stuart came out within hours of my call. He was able to have my new unit installed within 2 days. What a difference the new unit has made. Quiet, and most efficient . This company is great to work with. We have a service contract with Stuart being our main contact. Very very satisfied.

The technician is always friendly and professional.

After contacting my home warranty company, I found that it was a waste of money to pay for it when it comes to air conditioners. They warrant home items, but what they do not tell you is that when your a/c goes out, it will be two days or more to even look at it. This is not acceptable with HVAC in AZ. So I called a person I knew who referred me to a company he works for, Ace Home Services. Marc was at the sight in less than 2 hours from when I first contacted them, had diagnosed the problem, then called me to explain and get my approval and had the repairs completed in a short amount of time. They do other home services as well - so no more home warranties for me - I would recommend Rob and Marc @ Ace.
