Patrick with Ace was out this morning. Came out next day service was early to appointment, very professional and extremely knowledgeable!!! These guys are top notch!!! Highly recommend them!!!!

Great service...!! The scheduler in the office was polite, quick, and heard what I said. The tech, Jason, was timely, he got right to work, we discussed a few issues, he made sure I understood everything before he did anything, and fixed the problem.

I am in the construction industry and have been for some time, and he is a tech, and company, I would be proud to do business with..!

I will definitely use them for any other needs I may have..!

Nick came to my house yesterday and checked out my air conditioner which is only a year old. He told me everything was fine and all he had to do was clean the outside coils. All the other a/c companies seem to find something wrong like a capacitor or something so they can charge you. I have a yearly contract with Ace air and I recommend them highly.

I have used ACE for my yearly check-up for a few years....finally time to replace my system. They did the job and it went smoothly. Did a wonderful job of cleaning up and explaining my new Carrier system to me. Not sure you can find a better company to do business with....

Awesome customer service. The ladies in the office are very kind. Jim S., the technician, came to my home and checked out my old AC unit and he was so helpful and informative. Jim was very kind and helpful with the process.
The 2 technicians that came to install my new AC unit were great too. A coworker recommended Ace. I'm glad I called. I am so impressed with this company. I really like the idea that Ace sent me a text with the technician picture So I knew who was coming.

This morning I woke up for work and my house was 84 degrees and quickly getting hotter! I called Ace!! Ace has taken care of us for 12 of the 14 years we've been in our house. The technician was thorough,checked every vent and pointed out what needs to be done to lower my utility bill which has been very high.So Friday the 4th the problem will be fixed.He was courteous and professional.We have been with Ace almost 9 years and have always been very pleased

Scott, Tim, and Brian have been very helpful in trying to solve the ongoing problem I have had with one of my AC units. Scott is returning in a few days to see how things are going and to check the unit again. I sincerely appreciate all their hard work and efforts. Also, the entrance to my attic is very difficult and the space they have to work in is about the size of a milk carton, but they have all been gracious about it. Thank you, gentlemen.

So grateful for the timely and professional service. ACE confirmed our AC was working properly and fixed a costly mistake made by another company for us. They photo documented our water leak and damaged air duct so we could recover the expenses from a roofing company. Worth every penny. Thank you.

Billy, my tech person was really great.
The problem I have with any price quote is after the quote is given and I indicate I need to get another quote and get back to the tech is all of a sudden I am offered a % off the quote. This makes me suspicious about quote I was given plus is this the way all business is done. Anyway I really liked Billy and hate not to give him 5 stars because of company policy. I had bad experience all around with customer service and scheduling. As I told Billy that experience alone would be the reason I would never purchase their services. So all in all I feel any and all problems I received was a management problem.

Mark did a great job he was on time and fixed the issues quickly. I will use these guys again .

I love Ace Home Services and my tech Jim S! I live in a rental and I called Ace because a friend recommended them. They were prompt and knowledgeable. We didn't have approval right away for repair and the tech was genuinely sorry to leave me without air. A short time later approval was given and although my tech had been at my home at 9 am and had a full schedule, he was back out at 9 pm and had my air working before he finished for the day. Such great customer service and knowledge has convinced my landlord to use Ace for all of his 9 rental properties! Customers for life!
