Ace Home Services

I have enjoyed ACEs services for many many years, and today was no exception. I placed my call and within hours the technician Robert was here, excellent work and evaluations. Yes it’s costing me a bundle but my system is 30+ years old. Plus Robert also found a number of applicable discounts to benefit me, so all is good! I strongly recommend.

ACE has exceeded my expectations from a home services company every time I call. Whether it is the replacement of old A/C units, repairing leaky ducts, installing new soft water and RO systems, or just annual service every spring, ACE has been fair on prices and professional with scheduling, servicing, and follow up to make sure we are happy. Excellent on time service. He provided pictures and information on what was wrong and had to be fixed.Gave me tips on how to keep garbage disposal fresh and get on my HOA about water pressure.

ACE did an excellent job communicating when their Technician Bo would be @ my home to perform maintenance on my heat pump & he was thorough with explaining what he was doing & what needed to be done. I'm confident that this week's service commitment will go as scheduled & be completed to my expectations. I'll post an update!

Bo was amazing. He was generous with his knowledge. He was honest in showing via pictures of what issues we had with our plumbing. He was not pushy. He let us make the decision. He was most respectful as to not talking down to us. He was a great informed but not in a condescending way. We had a great experience. He is trustworthy.

Stuart was very accommodating with my many questions. Also was not pushy with a sales pitch, which, in my eyes is an instant turn-off. Very kind,professional and pleasant. Highly recommend if you need any work done or questions answered!

Today was my first experience with Ace and I will say I was truly impressed with Francisco, the technician, very pleasant, extremely professional and took the time to answer all my questions, felt he is very knowledgeable and would request him for any service calls in the future. I have used the same company for 10+ years who was recently bought out by Ace. Down the road I will need a new A/C unit and will call Ace first. On the other hand the young lady I spoke to on the phone when calling for my first appointment, I believe her name was Mara ( not sure of spelling) definitely has an attitude, a real edge to her voice, had all the correct answers memorized but certainly not someone I would want to represent my company over the telephone, very condescending and certainly not user friendly.

Ryan G arrive at the appt. time set. Did his examination quickly & thoroughly! Took photos of inside the unit, and very patiently explained to us what we were seeing & why it looked the way it did. I explained that I was very hard of hearing, even with hearing aides. He spoke a bit louder & very clearly. After he explained everything to my husband & me, we had a few questions, which he answered thoroughly and clearly, so we both understood. I had to take puppy outside, so hubby went with me, we chatted without Ryan being there, and made our decision. Very efficiently, Ryan helped us gain the financial aspect & we closed the deal. He will return tomorrow morning to get the work done! We have done business before with Ace Home Services and have never been disappointed! Thank you, Ryan, for another well done experience!

Ace Home Service is the best. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very respectful of your time. My last service was with Rich. He was excellent. He answered in very easy to understand language all of my question. Excellent service!

Steve S was on time for the appointment and offered to let me watch what he was doing. He showed me several worn parts that he recommended be replaced. He was a very hard worker despite the heat. We told him about one room that wasn't getting enough cool air and he managed to reroute the air flow and now the room is much cooler. I would definitely recommend ACE Home Services for any AC service needs.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABT ACE HOME SERVICES, MY NEIGHBOR WAS IN A BIND - SHE JUST CAME HOME FROM HOSPITAL TO FIND HER HOUSE VERY HOT. SHE IS 84 YRS OLD AND BY HERSELF. SHE CALLED US AND WE CALLED STUART MYERS - OUR AIR CONDITIONING-HEATING GUY AND HE WAS OUT OF TOWN - BUT - HE SAID TO CALL THE OFFICE AND ROBERT CAME WIN\THIN THE HOUR - SHE HAD AIR MONDAY AT 8:00 .THE 2 GENTLEMEN THAT CAME WERE WONDERFUL !!!!

Jimmy arrived quickly and started right in trying to find out why our air conditioner had decided to freeze us out! Within a short period of time he determined out thermostat was gone and installed a new one. He was terrific, friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Great service tech who worked enthusiastically to diagnose the issue. He informed us with great detail about the issue and set a future appointment to finish the repair as he didn't have the part. Great company!

Charles certainly knows his job. He was friendly and very knowledgable. As he encountered more problems fixing our leaky toilet, he just kept moving.

We have been working with ACE for several years and I would recommend them for your A/c and plumbing needs. We have replaced both A/C units and our hot water heater thru ACE. Customer service from Brian has always been excellent.
