I just had a call from the company in regards to an issue that had come up. It was not clear at the time of my need, but it was now established that the prior work that was done installing my water softener should have been covered. It has been resolved. I have no complaints now that ACE took the time to review my situation. I will continue using them for my A/C and Plumbing needs.

Excellent, experience as always! I have been a customer for over 7 years.

Linclon H took his time in inspecting our unit and after the inspection he showed some pictures on his IPad. He explained that these pictures were problems that could shorten the life and effeciently of our unit. He explained this problem and solution not in tech langauge but in language that we understood how serious the problem could become down the road. We had Lincoln correct the problem. We were very happy with his proffesional manner and were happy with Ace Home Services.

Very efficient and professional. I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. ACE installed my units originally. They cleaned the coils and serviced my 5 ton and 3 ton units. Daniel was very knowledgeable and explained my issues very well. He did a very nice job. He recommended that I install Patriot PCO air purifiers because the coils on the handlers in the attic had mold. The cost of the the air purifiers for the 2 units was over $3000. I understand that it was the top of the line unit to prevent future mold build up but it seemed awfully steep. He cleaned the mold and I passed on the PCO air purifiers.

Dan was informative, considerate, and clearly concerned for our safety and needs in the situation we were in. He quoted a fair price for the installation of a new air conditioner and even with the complications because of replacing an old one from a difficault location, he didn’t add more costs to the original quote. I have another condo and will need to replace that air conditioner as well. There’s no doubt in my mind I’ll be calling Ace.

I've been a heat/air client for many years (occasional plumbing too). Today, I'm reviewing my annual inspection done by Ryan G. My preferred tech is always Ryan. He is beyond professional because, not only is he very knowledgeable and thorough, but he is always concerned about prolonging the life of my system and how I can save money. This is without any pressure to buy an add-on, which I'm more likely to do down the road because of him. He notices the smallest things which may affect system performance. I have complete confidence in Ryan. In addition, he's very friendly and a real good person - just the type a company would want to represent them. He engaged me in conversation while he worked - to explain everything but also things he remembered from last year's inspection: such as my niece's wedding and my pickleball playing. With so many clients, how does he remember everyone's...

This wasn't the first time I have called Ace Home Services for my air conditioning equipment. I will not hesitate to call them again for any problems I may have. Ace is a well known name....always reliable and excellent service. BO, the technician that came to do the work was friendlly and competent.....an added plus for Ace.

Monte was polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He called ahead of arriving, was on time, and explained everything, Upon leaving, he informed me that with he would have the estimates to me within 2 hours, which he did. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Dan was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job of not only explaining the situation, but also showed me the problems that needed to be addressed. He was also very clean and considerate and went about his job without needless conversation. He was on time for the appointment and explained everything in terms I could understand. It's great that the company is going to send the same person each year, very good move on their part. You need to develop a trust with the tech year after year. I would recommend Dan and ACE A/C to anyone!

I was very impressed with the service technician who came to replace my filters. He showed up with the covers for his shoes as not to leave any spots on my carpet. He changed all three of my filters and told me how to keep them clean, especially here in the desert where we have a lot of dust storms. I will call on them again if and when I need my AC units services. He was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Dan is a very knowledgable person who is caring for my HVAC system from year to year. It was a pleasure to see him again and to get a good report.

Just got two new 5 ton units installed and the customer service was fantastic from top to bottom. I spoke with not my Field Supervisor Robert but even spoke with the General Manager who helped answer a few questions that I had. The units I ordered were not available so ACE provided me with an upgrade versus rescheduling me. Everyone from the Robert to the installers were extremely friendly and provided a great service. I highly recommend ACE.
