I was frustrated with my home warranty company giving me the run around to get my AC fixed until they gave me a reimbursement option. I immediately called Ace who I have used for a decade. Chad S. Came out and had my AC working in an hour. Something the warrant company contractors couldn’t do for 3 days.

A++ experience with this company from my installation by Adrian Sanchez and Team to my unfortunate A/C problem that was fixed promptly and affectively. Jim Simons did an awesome job! My AC unit stopped working in the 100 degree heat and he came over with in an hour of calling and had my unit working in a matter of minutes! He was very professional and answered all my questions! Monte L. called to introduce himself, texted me his photo/experience/contact information, prior to providing me with two bids for a rental property. He was great to listen to my needs, and he followed through on sending me two bids: one base and one medium price-ranged HVAC units. We have purchased a split unit from them in the past, and we have experience quality service from both the estimators, like Monte L, as well as the technicians. All have been professional, but I will concur that the call center is focused on sales.

I think Ace Home Services is one of the best out there for all your cooling, heating and plumbing needs. I got my water heater from them, The service is great. a company you can trust. I would recommend ACE if your looking for great service.

Monte Lebo from Ace Services recently came to our home to provide an estimate for work to be done on our upstairs AC that had not been working for sometime. Monte was very thorough in his inspection and very professional. He took the time to explain what the issue was and after much thought my wife and I decided we needed to have our upstairs AC unit replaced.

We were concerned however because we did not have all the cash needed for a new
Unit. Monte went through all of the options available for financing and again was professional, courteous and more importantly honest!!

I am happy to say our new unit was installed today and we couldn’t be happier!!! I would recommend Ace services to any and everyone and don’t forget when you call ask for Monte Lebo!!!

jimmy the installer gets a 5 , Ace has always been 4+ most of the time but Carrier and all others not supporting their warrantee is BS. They state the coils going bad early due to mixed metals(poor design) which caused rusting and corrosion and the gov't making deals with companies to increase their profits such as changing the gas these coils take that erode the metals and leak the gas. Their poor design and greed cause us the consumers to pay $ 2400 for a new coil that was warranteed for 10 years. Mine went out in 6. Everyone complaining yet no one doing anything about it. Once again gov't and large company greed burning its customers and the customers so far just have to bend over and take it....where is the check and balance or quality that use to make America strong...Its just wrong...a warrantee means just that its covered but so far these excuses seems to allowed them not to...

Robert was excellent. Had a few issues with communication, but not Robert’s fault. He walked me thru all aspects of of my service. Thank you Robert, your an asset to Ace.

My A/C unit was installed by ACE home services and it has been working fine. The tech was prompt and professional when he showed up for the first year tune-up. Thanks, ACE

Ace installed my mothers unit in 2011 and I know she was happy with their service and she is still with them. One technician told her to use two of the cheap air filters instead of just one. Another technician was asked about it and he said one filter is good enough. That tech no longer worked there. In July of 2012 I placed an emergency call to fix my system. The duct came apart in the attic. At least it was cold up there for the tech!

I had Ace convert my furnace to forced air with unit on the roof early part of 2014. Never had a bad experience with them. I would definitely recommend to anybody.
