I bought my house in 2008 and have never had the a/c serviced. I don't think the previous owners did either. I knew it needed to be done but was afraid of the cost. Stuart Myers came out, showed me a few money saving tips and made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price.
He was courteous and never condescending as he explained the needed repairs.
I will make sure to call him for annual maintenance.

We had two different technicians out, Kenny first and then Scott W. Both were excellent and the problem was confusing as the unit was new. They tried everything and Scott said he would not leave until the problem was solved. After about an hour he found an old part in the system (not part of the new installation) fixed it and did not charge. Honest and fantastic service from both men. We are now warm again. Thanks so much from soft Canadians renting down in SSW.

Great customer service!! Called about 4:00pm and curt was here & on the roof by 6:00....he worked very hard to get parts as soon as possible, communicated throughout the whole process....he even came on his day off to install new blower motor. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!! Thank u Ace!!!!

Scott W., the technician is great. In fact, I had him perform my Preventive Maintenance Agreement checkup previously, and so I asked for him by name recently when I was having problems with my unit not cooling effectively. He is prompt, very professional and always explains everything.

I signed a contract for 3 years with Ace Home Services and have never been dissapointed . The technician I have worked with for 2 years now , Billy, is amazing ! He truly cares about his work and you as a person. Billy is punctual, explains everything and does a thorough job! Billy and Ace Home Services are highly recommended!

Caleb Garver went "above and beyond" to give us a service call. Then again he was extraordinary in explaining the functioning of our 13 year old furnace/cooling unit. I bought a deal on Living Social for a plumbing inspection and water heater flush by Ace Home Services. My technician was awesome! (Well, the ladies I spoke with when I called to set up my appt were great too! Very good customer service!) Brett took the extra time to actually explain things and make sure I fully understood everything he was doing/showing me each step of the way. He answered every question and was very thorough yet pretty quick with everything. I thought it would take longer than it did. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

I love the fast service last July our Air went out an they had a Tech out with in two hours. I also like the follow up from the office that everything went well and the reminder when I needed A Spring tune up this year.
