I have had Ace Home Services since I moved here to AZ and have never had a bad experience. Their technicians, Tim, JP and Brian whom I have had come to service my condo have always been very professional and courteous and explained all that they did in the service call. I also had Jeramy do a Plumbing inspection and he also was very professional in his service.

I would like to thank Terry Robinson for the great job he did installing the water softener and the reverse osmosis. I had to go to Doctors appointment and met him on road coming home. He turned around and showed me what he did while I was gone and if had any questions. He did a Great Job. Far beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much for doing great work!!!!

They do a great job and do not pressure you into buying anything. They do recommend things that you may need, but you can check with other companies. They are very professional and courtesy and explain everything so you can understand what they are doing.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Stuart Myers from ACE home service in Maricopa. Our AC went out for our Kennel and when we got home it was over 100 degrees in our kennel. He was out within an hour and was such a nice guy! Very responsible and professional. Thank you Stuart for putting up with our dogs and goats lol

My AC was out when I got home from work- I called Ace Home Services and they had someone out very quickly. Francisco L. was VERY professional and courteous, he took the time to explain what was going on with my unit and went thru the process of elimination to figure out what was wrong and now I am cooling. I would recommend Ace Home Services to anyone- they really came thru when I needed them!

Thank you ACE. This Company is AWESOME!!!!! I needed a whole new unit and a bigger one than I had. Once we got the financing details worked out (yesterday), I got a call at 7:30 am this morning informing me they were on the way with my new unit. Total days involved were 4. I met with the nicest young man on Monday and the new unit is in and running cold right now!. The guys who did the install were totally awesome and put up with me talking (anyone who knows me, knows what I mean).

I had them come out because my AC stopped working completely in this summer heat . They were very prompt in replying and came by in 2 hours . In me thinking it was something big it was only a minimal fee because of a bad wire . They were so honest and very friendly. Checked all the other parts of AC too. I would definitely reccomnend their services to anyone in the future . I feel like they actually care about their customers versus other similar companies I've used in the past .

Great Customer Service!! My daughter and son-in-law's air conditioner stopped working in 117 degree heat and of course on a weekend. My call was answered by a "live" person and Stuart, the tech came out immediately and fixed the problem. Very happy and would highly recommend again.

Our ac was blowing warm air and within 2 hours a tech named Shawn was at our house. He was completely honest in that there didn't appear to be anything wrong and if it's intermittent to let them know again when it happens so they can catch it in the act.
I felt I wasted his time and he even said "it's never a waste of time" and was very nice about it all and extremely diligent.

I have been employed with this company for 4 years and it has been a great experience! From the great customer service to the awesome techs on the field, I can say we are all a big family! Thanks ACE
