We are very happy with our elevator. We really like the interior of the elevator - it’s very nice. We appreciate the instruction given on the operation of it - thorough and understandable. There was a miscommunication at the beginning of the project, thinking the unit was being manufactured when we were still needed to visit the office to sign some papers, hence a delay in the project. Our contractor must not have been given all the specifications since once the shaft was finished, he was told he had to move the doors, resulting in another delay. We do love our elevator!
