We just moved to the area and our water heater went very late at night in our new house. We found Absolute online and due to their 24 hour service I was able to speak to someone right away, no waiting at all. There was a technician sent to the house who was there in 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and was able to explain everything to me in layman's terms. The water heater and other plumbing issues that were round were fixed the very next day. They are now my plumber of choice!

Ervis from Absolute came by the day before my plumbing inspection, he overachevied. He is very professional and worked efficiently. He saved the day!

Technician was on time and explained what was wrong with my heating system in detail. Then went over the options he made for me. After choosing which one I wanted to do, he took care of the problem and was clean and thorough. I’d recommmend Absolute to anyone!

I was overall pleased with the work provided by A-Absolute Constrution. As it turned out my thermostat died and unfortunately it was a holiday weekend, it happened on a Saturday and they also didn't have a replacement thermostat on the truck, so I waited yet another very cold night. But early the next morning, the tech was in and out and all has been fine ever since. It was my 3rd time using them and I will surely use them again should I have a need to!

Absolute is a great plumbing company. I have been using them for the past 2 years. I had about 5 instances where I did use them. I am a landlord and have several properties so do have frequent need if reliable work at any hour of the day. Once a hot water broke at 10pm and someone showed up in 1 hour.

I like that they are very professional, come on exact time as they say. Do a very clean work. Tenants are happy to see their clean, durable work.

Only reason I reduced to 4 star instead of 5 is: They are overall expensive, always 10%-25% more then market. But as their workmanship is 5 years guarantee. I have never had a need to call them on a repeat call. Really happy with the company. If their cost was little lower would have used them for small work as well.
