Abrazo funeral home

It is one of the most difficult times in our lives when we loose our loved one. I see that there are several positive reviews. However, if I could give this funeral home a zero I certainly would. They are taking advantage of very delicate situations. They absolutely know what they are doing. In my life I have had quite a few moments of my loved ones passing away. One to which was my first born son. The funeral home I used for that was so amazing! My job includes death and dying and I will take the time to contact every single assisted living, memory cares, hospital, skilled nursing facility, social workers and discharge planners in the local area and let them know that this company is HIGHLY untrustworthy and unethical in every way! In May the father of my children and my ex husband passed away. I received a call from this funeral home because my number was given by one of my ex husbands children. She of course had no idea what to do in this particular situation as the average person doesn’t. She is under age and the one to find him deceased. That alone is rough enough and this funeral home was fully aware. She had no money nor any clue on what to do or how this is supposed work. Well I do and I am so disgusted with the price gouging and horrible practices. Trying to take advantage of a young child and then trying to get a teenager to figure out how to pay three time the average amount for a cremation is absolutely appalling. YOU should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! We have gathered all the evidence and have no problem showing what happened and the timeline. We have reported this behavior to the appropriate authorizes! STAY AWAY!
