I have had joint pain (starting on and off before switching to just on) over the past two decades. I have been to multiple doctors and physical therapists to address these issues with very limited success. I’ve done exercises, medications, and several procedures, but the pain remains. When another doctor recommended pt again, I was hesitant but knew I had to at least try because it sure wasn’t resolving itself.
Dr. Michelle has used a wide variety of therapies to help treat my pain (manual, craniosacral, cupping, home exercises, etc). She was able to pinpoint the causes to various painful areas and how to address them. We check in on these areas, and any new ones, each visit.
She works one-on-one with me the entire time I’m with her. She doesn’t hand me off to a tech with assigned exercises that I’m hopefully doing correctly. I know this works for some...
