I loved the AAlert and Home inspection and Renovation consulting because of the level of attention to detail and on point tone to my house. Not only did we receive the inspection report but we were also taken through a one on one explanation on how to handle some of the loopholes that came out.

I highly recommend AAlert Home inspection and Renovation consulting for anyone seeking such services.

Tom was fantastic - extremely thorough and also patient about explaining things to us! Also, the report came back in a very formal and professional format with plenty of pictures. We are very impressed!

Tom was fantastic, explained things very clear and concise - it was a pleasure working with him and would certainly recommend if any friends/family needed a home inspection in the future.

Tom Kruger was ultimate in Maintaining professionalism and quality in his work. Nice
To work with Tom for our recent inspection.

Tom was very professional and did a thorough job. He was the recommended by our real estate agent who uses his services all the time. He went through the entire house and made notes and took pictures of everything that could be a potential issue. He started the inspection an hour and a half before we arrived and then we did a walk through where he pointed out everything he found. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend Tom if you're in the market for an home inspection.

Great inspection every detail reviewed and pleasant to with with such a professional and throughly fulfilled our expectations!

This will will be the fifth home I’ve purchased in my lifetime so I’ve used various home inspectors. This is the first time I’ve perceived real value in a home inspection as Tom was amazing. He actually completed two inspections for me as there turned out to be some serious structural issues in the first home we had a contract on. For both inspections Tom was meticulous. He took a full four hours on each home. I liked most that he let me tag a long with him and did a great job explaining what he was seeing on each part of the home. At the end he stayed and talked to me about concerns and gave opinions on the costs to address each of them. In the end we are confident our new home is sound and the inspection came with 4 great warranties at no extra cost in case anything pops up. This inspection cost a little bit more than some out there, but you definitely get what you pay for and Tom...

In the process of buying my first home, I called a few home inspectors and received a few quotes. Tom's service was beyond excellent- he was very friendly, attentive, responsive, on time, and the inspection was SUPER thorough. Tom caught a lot of things and gave a very detailed report. Due to the issues Tom found, I backed out of the sale, but if I find another house within the month he will come back out for half off. What a deal, thanks Tom!

AAlert Home Inspection recently conducted an inspection for our soon-to -be home. I could not be happier with the service! Tom was very thorough and after he had his findings, he explained everything to us in detail making sure we understood exactly what our next steps were. There is limited time for the inspection process in a real estate deal and that worried me at first, but Tom made himself available to us immediately and got his report done in record time. I would absolutely recommend Tom Kruger of AAlert Home Inspection!

AAlert Home Inspection & Renovation Consulting is a top notch company! Tom was very welcoming and friendly. He really took care in reviewing our new home and makes sure it was ready for us to move in. I would recommend AAlert for any home inspection!

Great to work with, very reasonable! Knew a ton and really took his time and explained everything.

We are very pleased with the efficiency and willingness to answer any questions and concerns we had. Not only did we get a inspection, but also a range of extras I’m sure we will be needing during this process and in the future. “One stop shop“ with impeccable service, hard to find now days!
