AAD is the best company ever. I have used them for 2 of my own personal home inspections and I know I can trust in their knowledge and expertise. Their reports are so detailed I love it! And they are always willing to talk with me in further details about anything that I may not understand. They care about their customers and making sure everyone is in the loop and comfortable with the houses they are buying.
