AAD Inspection Corp

It was a busy time for us, selling our home, and buying one out of state. So traveling to and fro would be exhausting. And examining every house we were interested in, impossible.
When our agent suggested AAD Inspection Corp the first time, I had to trust his recommendation. But he was waay off! Not only was the report as thorough as he promised but so detailed that had I been there myself I would have missed the majority of what our inspector, Mike, caught! And with that report, we were able to accurately assess the value of the home with what they were asking. In the end we decided not to go with that house and to this day we are very glad for that decision!
The second report we requested had to be with the same inspector. And again, we were not disappointed. This time it was for new construction which we thought would be clean report! Not so! Mike spotted things again, we would have missed like the unfinished work on the roof or the missing screws, the unpainted boards, and more!
We love the Home Binder we get to use as part of AAD service, the fact that there was more to our Inspection than the Inspection! I felt like this company was interested in me as a customer for life! Can’t thank them enough!
