Michael was great to work with. He was very thorough, and discussed issues found. I had confidence in his experience and observations. The report was very detailed and highlighted all possible issues and conditions we reviewed on the property. This helped me as abuyer gain confidence and understanding of the homes condition and any possible maintenance or improvements I may have to consider before my purchase.
