A Kids World

I have never personally worked or had a child put into this day care but from seeing how they treated their employees I would not recommend anyone go to work there or even put their kids into Day care there. A very good friend of mine who worked there was very sick and was forced to come in and work and it wasn’t until after hours of coughing and throwing up blood did they allow her to go home. Now I know for a fact that in Georgia state laws when it comes to child care that no one who is sick should be working around kids. It even says in the hand book that anyone who is knowingly sick should not be required to come in and work. I would also like to express the concern I have for all of the kids that go there. They do not properly take care of the children the way they are needed. If you don’t want your child to get sick then I would stay as far away from this place as you can. Read more >

As a member of the administration, and a parent of this center, I cannot say enough good things about this place! I have worked here for 11 years, and both of my children have attended here. This place has been a true blessing in our lives! My son, and daughter both loved it here! Not only did they learn as much as they did, with the amazing teachers here, but both have developed friendships that will last a lifetime. I have worked here almost 2 weeks, and although that isn't very long, I can tell that the employees here are like one big family! Shannon is one of the most kind employers that I have had! The staff here makes sure that you have everything you need to be successful! I could not have asked for a better job! I have worked with A Kids World since April 2014. This facility feels like home to me. The employees are like family. Shannon the owner takes us out to breakfasts, dinners, and outings. This is enjoyable because all of us get to get together and have fun outside of work. A lot of us have worked there for 1+ years. She has also installed live cameras for parents to enjoy watching their little ones in the classroom and see them learn wonderful things. Definitely a 5 star facility 😊 Read more >

I worked here for a little over a month. I do not recommend anyone working for them. My son was diagnosed with croup yesterday morning and my boss was not understanding at all that I could not come into work. Last Friday I was diagnosed with serve upper respiratory infection. I was made to come into work while might I add coughing up blood. I was coughing so much that I had 4 accidents on myself and it took them 4 hours to actually let me go home. Not only was I embarrassed but I was really sick. I got dehydrated to the point I need two bags of fluids and 6 tries to get an iv.

This is not a good place to work and it’s not as good place to bring your child. My child got sick from here twice and he was only here for not even 2 weeks. They have one room that doesn’t have a changing table so they change them on the bathroom floor. Read more >

It was such a blessing to find A Kid’s World when my family and I relocated to the area from Kentucky with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. Both of my girls love their teachers, my 4 year old is even upset on the weekends when it’s “not a school day”. I love the safety features of the keypad to enter the building and the new push to exit button that’s out of little ones reach. I receive pictures daily on the app from my 2 year old teachers. I love seeing how she’s spending her day. I can tell that the teachers really care about my kids. Couldn’t rave more about it! Read more >

PRICES ARE AMAZING!!!! My two daughters have been attending this day care facility since 2016 they are very supportive and helpful also teach my girls a ton of things that I wouldn't have the time to teach them on my own there very understanding and motherly as far as taking care of the girls. My girls love to field trips during the summer as they are there all day long . During school year there just there for after school the teachers are amazing and do their best to spark interest in my girls I would highly recommend and have done so to 3 other individuals to have their children attend this facility. My Grandsons have been attending A Kids World for 5 months. It's Bitter Sweet, but I have had to withdraw them from the Center. I have met with the Owner of the Center and the Director expressing my concerns and notice "short lived" changes/differences. No one wants to see their child with a snotty nose or crusty face or without socks or even their 9 month old baby clothes, dirty. My 2 year old Grandson teachers are amazing. BUT the issue that has brought me to this decision is when I pulled up to the Center on Friday, April 19, 2019 there were 2 little boys (probably 3 and 5 years old) running to the back of the parking lot WITH NO PARENT OR TEACHER. I watched these boys as I entered the school, making those at the front desk aware that these kids were playing in the parking lot, where cars are pulling into.
