I love A&D because they are family owned and operated and that’s important to me. I feel at ease knowing that the owner is there and involved in the daily business operations. The Directors are genuine and always have their finger on the pulse. They welcome feedback and are always open to suggestions. They will work with you and your child’s preferences to ensure you feel completely comfortable.

From the moment I arrived at A&D I felt welcomed and part of their family. I love that all of the staff (not only in the nursery, but from other rooms) know my daughters name and will greet us with an upbeat smile! It never feels chaotic or rushed in the center, just HAPPY. Everyone always seems so happy.
You can tell the staff love their jobs and if they love what they do, then I know my daughter is in excellent hands and will be treated as if she was one of their own. It’s important to me that they hire staff not only based on qualifications, but because of their demeanour, love of children, and imagination.

All of their staff are young and full of life and creativity - and it shows! The nursery is beautiful. The walls are adorn with children’s artwork and tons of current pictures so you can always see what they’ve been up to during the day. It’s colourful, organized and clean. The nursery is tucked away in a designated room, which I appreciate. It’s quiet and calm and allows my daughter to play and interact with children her own age. They keep the children stimulated throughout the day and always have lots of special activities planned throughout the month (petting zoo, picnics, neighbourhood walks, splash days etc.). Knowing my daughter is happy there makes being away from her a little more bearable. I’m thankful I found A&D.
