I have the SoTellUs chat bot installed on my website. And sometimes I get so busy I cannot live chat with the customer, or by the time I see the notification they are already off my site. So this one guy left the site, but because SoTellUs captured his email, I shot him a quick message telling him I was sorry I could not grab his chat request but wanted to see if I could help him. He was interested in my least expensive service, but after jumping on a call with him from that email, I sold him my most expensive service.

That is AMAZING! All because I had this tiny little code embedded on my website! So if you do not have the chat bot on your site, you need to contact SoTellUs and ask them to help you put it on there. This is not the first time I have gotten a sale from the bot, but it is the first time I have gotten a sale from a missed chat on the bot. Especially when...

Makes so easy to get client review which are the life blood for getting prospects online. 99% of the web leads that call did so because of the reviews they read. Setup was super easy and Isaac was amazing with getting everything going the way I wanted it. if the owners read this, give that guy a raise!!
