We have been using Peninsula Carpet Care for over 15 years. Jayson is extremely knowledgeable and his cleaning methods are very effective. Prices are reasonable and competitive, and most importantly we have found the company to be very trustworthy. They use a specific cleaning method that removes and keeps stains away, and doesn't leave residue or any odors. Last year, at no charge, Jayson even stopped by a house we were temporarily renting while our home was being remodeled and helped us deal with a specific carpet issue regarding a pet. He was very helpful and refused to let us pay him for the 30 minutes he spent assessing the issue with his specialized UV equipment. We strongly recommend Peninsula Carpet Care to anyone looking for a highly competent, honest, and reasonably priced carpet cleaning company.

I wanted to express our sincere appreciation for Peninsula Carpet Care's attention to cleaning our carpets. They are the ONLY company we have used more than once and at this point their number is in my contacts list as my husband is so critical that I prefer to have someone come in that I know he will be happy with. Jason was very clear about the prices and when I asked for a couch to be 'litely" cleaned becuase of it's age he was happy to adj the bill and concentrate on the area's were there was more traffic. He also said our carpet looked years younger than it was because of the care we took of it. And I have 3 teenage boys! I took a minute to look over the other reviews and they certainly do not represent my experience with Jason and their workers that have been to our house over the years. I suspect they are fradulent or from someone that is not able to communicate...

They were recommended by Ethan Allen as someone that could handle cleaning the type of fabric on our couch. We also use them for our carpets. I've been completely happy every time they have come. I have owned many carpeted homes over the years, and I wish I knew then about Peninsula Carpet Cleaning.
The carpeting in our current apartment was stained and "cleaned" before we moved in, and within a month all the previous stains had returned, and then our three dogs added to those stains. Every room was full of stains.

So pleased with the cleaning results, and the crew that came in to do the job! Very professional and through. I have one of those travertine tile kitchen floors with all the little tiny nooks and crannies - impossible to keep really clean. The Peninsula team came in and steamed and sucked all the dirt away. It looks like I have a brand new floor. I'm going to put them on a regular 6 month cleaning schedule.

We had our carpets cleaned today and after 8 years they look brand new! I’m pleased that they smell clean and not perfumed. I will never use another carpet cleaner. We are recommending peninsula carpet care to all our friends and family!

If every company was as easy, thorough and professional as Peninsula the customer experience would be completely transformed. I can’t say enough about these guys. It was very easy to schedule, the customer service was outstanding and our carpets went from an awful brown (we have 3 dogs) to a vibrant off white...we’re still in awe. In addition, the fact that it’s water based, blows our minds. We will never use anyone else!

I've been using Peninsula Carpet Care for years. -Many years. Have always been happy. Then this year comes around and my two flights of stairs were just a disaster. Expensive carpet, only five years old. But we live at the beach and sand and soggy feet had taken their toll on the stairs. So I suggested that perhaps I needed to replace the carpet. Response: "Don't think so. Let's see what we can do." Now I look at the carpet and it is newer, lovely carpet. Seriously, didn't think it was possible..... And as always, the professional personnel are always lovely !
