This was my first time using Peninsula after many years of using another company and having the spots and grime reappear after a few months. Jayson carefully explained his company's soapless process and why it should perform better, as in through normal usage we should not need to have our next cleaning for a year. He was very thorough in attacking our trouble spots and we look forward to having our carpeting look presentable for much longer than we're used to.

Professional service friendly and in charge attitude.

Great experience! Our stairs were really dirty and had sticky residue on them from plastic covering while under construction. They effectively got it all out. When I called with concern about the drying time, they came back out to check. Because we are on the coast- drying time is longer. I will recommend and use them again! They were great!! Thank you!!

Jason was available what seemed like at the drop of a hat, plugged us into the back half of his monday & steam cleaned our couch that we had just purchased from Facebook marketplace making it about as good as new. Prior to Jason working on it, it smelt like the dog & smoke that it's prior owners had allowed on it. Jason was professional, quick & thorough.

I had an incredible experience with peninsula carpet care. They arrived on time and were very professional. They worked quickly and we’re in and out in about an hour.

Our tech Jason was flying solo and did a great job. Certainly met our expectations! Pleasant, communicative was a plus. Thorough vacuuming followed by the cleaning. Left fans downstairs while cleaning upstairs. Stains are gone. No residual odor. Left bottle of spot cleaner with details so I will remember who to call and when the next time! Happy to have found Peninsula!

I would highly recommend Peninsula Carpet Care. We have been using them for many years. I feel because of the work that they do and the care they give our carpets we don’t have to rush out and buy new carpets after many years. We have animals. Peninsula Carpet Care seems to be able to get the spots out and they do not come back. They even give you a large bottle with spot remover to use in case of spills, animal accidents, or any other imaginable thing that could land on the carpets. There is not another company I would allow to clean our carpets.

I got introduced to Peninsula Carpet Care when I worked at a Property Management Company. We would use them to clean some of our carpets in our rental units. I was so impressed that I wanted to use them for myself. I have used them for my couches (trust me, get your couches cleaned often), rugs and some furniture that I have purchased second hand. They look brand new and smell delicious. Jeysin and his staff are the 3 P’s that I look for in a company: punctual, professional, and polite. I even get a newsletter from them which I enjoy. AMAZING. I’m so glad my neighbor gave me this referral! I had low confidence anyone could get these stains out of our light carpet, and they more than pleasantly surprised me. They even left me a phenomenal, proprietary carpet spot cleaner solution (with detailed instruction on how to use). Will never use Resolve again. Before and after photos speak for themselves. Besides the end result being enough reason to hire Peninsula - employees are clearly experts in the space and know how to communicate with non-experts, engage in Q&A, etc. They make sure upon departure you know exactly how to care for your carpet, post-clean. NOTE: “after” photos are one month after service.

Very efficient booking process. Good communication on time and date. Jayson was very clear in explaining the estimate and process for prep for cleaning. He was very thorough and efficient in cleaning my carpets and did a great job. He even brought my trash can in from the curb!

I needed my carpets cleaned after major construction filled my home with all kinds of dust. The guys were professional and timely. They did a great job and my carpets look amazing!! The don’t use chemicals so I don’t have an artificial “clean” smell lingering. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Carpets clean!

Did such an amazing job on my dog pee-stained carpet, my friend asked if got a new carpet installed! We will definitely hire them again!
