Peninsula Carpet Care is the BEST carpet cleaning company I have ever used. Over the years, we have tried a lot of companies. But, since trying them several years ago, they are the ONLY one for us. Not only is their work exemplary: they are so nice and friendly. I urge all my friends to try them. Once you do, you won't remember anyone else.

My husband and I were thrilled with the job Peninsula Carpet Care did. We have two large dogs, one toddler and a lot of carpet. Needless to say, we had some pretty dirty carpet. Alex and another gentleman (forgot his name) arrived right on time, were very friendly and super professional. After they finished, they took their time going over care tips for our carpet and made sure we were completely satisfied. We have used other companies in the past and never had such affordable, professional and all around nice service. I would highly recommend Peninsula!

For years we have had several carpet cleaning companies clean our light carpet but every time they did a stubborn dog urn stain would always come back. One day several years ago a man knocked on our door promoting his carpet cleaning service so we told him about the stubborn pee stain so he wanted to see the spot and after looking at it he then told us that he is almost positive that he can get rid of the stain and it will not come back. We decided to try him out and boy we are sure glad we did because to this day that once stubborn stain has never come back and we are extremely happy with Peninsula Carpet Care. I was a loyal customer for over 20 years to another company and continued to have recurring spots, even though this carpet is only 3 years old. We spilled juice from Honey Baked Ham on our carpet.- needed to get that out IMMEDIATELY. My regular company couldn't come out for 10 days! I pulled out the flyer I had saved from Peninsula and called. They were out here the next day! The carpet looked like new. However, that Honey Baked Ham stain has been a real challenge. Jayson came back twice trying different techniques and it looks great. He has not charged me a dime for the follow up and refused my offer of payment for his service. I've used a few other carpet cleaning companies in the past and never really felt sastisfied the carpets were clean. After discovering Peninsula I would never use anyone else! Prices are great and they really care about the job and protecting your home. But best of all the carpets really get clean. They somehow got dirt and stains out that I swore would not come out. Thank you Peninsula for taking care of me for the past 5 years.
