My daughter has always been very happy here. She has been at the Learning Tree for over 4 years now. She loves her teachers Miss Michelle and Miss Emily. The Learning Tree has made a lot of effort to continue providing care in 2020, which I so appreciate as an essential employee. All of the teachers are warm and caring, and always friendly when I’m dropping off/picking up.

My son has been going to the Learning Tree for 7 years, and they have been amazing. They have been a second family that has watched and help him grow up. One of the greatest things a parent can have is a place that they trust 100% to take care of their child. They continue to amaze me with how they step up to the plate and care so much about each family. Highly recommended!

Ms. Michelle is an amazing teacher. I always feel that my child is safe and well taken care of in her care. She is energetic, playful, and kind. I can tell she cares about her job and making sure the children in her classroom are safe and happy!

Our family LOVES The Learning Tree-South Lyon! As a parent re-entering the workforce, the thought of daycare was overwhelming and scary. I’d heard good things about TLT, but they have exceeded all of my expectations!

Miss Abby creates such a fun learning environment! Everyday, my son comes home with creative art, stories of hands-on experiences (there was a fire truck at school and I got to go inside!), and talking about how much he loves Miss Abby! She is creating a true pre-school experience that I was afraid he’d be missing out on.

Update 1/29/21 - Our daughter has moved up to the Toddler classroom now and we are extremely happy with her teachers and the curriculum they teach. It hasn't been an easy year with the pandemic and many other challenges, but the Learning Tree staff have always handled things professionally and with great communication. As a mother I of course worry about our daughter's safety and health during such a time, but I always feel very safe and secure knowing she's with her Learning Tree family during the day. They have taken great care to keep the kids, staff, and parents safe during such a tough time. She continues to learn and grow at an amazing pace - already singing her ABC's and counting numbers from what she learned at school! Our daughter loves going to preschool at the Learning Tree and loves her teachers, Miss Alex and Miss Brandy! I love how excited my daughter is to go to school in the morning and to learn with her friends and to see her teachers!

We're happy to have Marissa watching over our son. She's a positive force in his life and the kind of person we want him surrounded by.

The Learning Tree in South Lyon was recommended to me by a good friend who had a great experience here. My son attends Pre-K at this location twice a week and this is his first experience at a daycare type setting. His Teacher Heather D. was key with his transition as he was having difficulties at drop-off in the morning and also with eating throughout the day. Heather's experience is apparent as she could anticipate how things would progress over time and now drop-off is quick and tear-free and he has tried foods that I could never get him to try! I believe Heather's consistency is the reason for this! The kids are clearly very comfortable with her as she is friendly and helps guide them towards the desired behaviors. She gives me great feedback about my son's day at pick-up and gives me advice when I seek it. She and the other teachers work hard and have a long day and week and...

We have been member of the Learning Tree family for the last four years! Our two boys have been on both the Preschool and Pre-K classrooms. They are amazing at The Learning Tree. They take the time to get to know each child and parent from day one. Mrs. Heather has helped identify key areas to help prepare for kindergarten! She goes the extra mile to make sure each drop off and pickup is started with a smile/hug and a update on how the day went and pickup. Mrs. Paula is a wonderful director!

My son has been with The learning tree for the last 2 years and we wouldn't want him anywhere else. The people who work here are loving and caring to the children. I love the updates and pictures I receive daily.

One thing I will suggest to the learning tree is to provide the parents/children with 1 vacation/sick week throughout the year where if the child is not attending and (if it is pre approved), we can get a week off without an payment being due. Other places do this and I think that is a big plus. I did not like the fact that I still had to pay for a week my son wasn't there while we was on a pre planned vacation.

Other than that, The learning tree is a great place to send your child!!! I love the staff, the cleanliness of the building, and the happiness of the children.

Being a first time mom I was extremely hesitant on leaving my son for the first time. Miss Brooke and Miss Krista have been wonderful from day one. The photos they send home are priceless. One morning at drop off as Miss Brooke walked into the room my son toddled over to her and gave her a huge hug - my heart melted! It was very reassuring to know that he has that type of bond with these girls.

Any issues that have arose have been dealt with very professionally and quickly. If I have had any questions they both have been very open and informative. It will certainly be a sad day when he moves out of the infant room, but I know there are great teachers in the toddler room as well.

Very caring staff. My daughter still askes about her old classmates and teachers when we pass Learning Tree on your way to elememtary school.

Everyone at the learning tree has been absolutely incredible with my boys. Heather has been my sons teacher for two years and we feel so blessed that he's in such capable hands.

The Learning Tree - South Lyon is absolutely wonderful! Every teacher I have had the pleasure of meeting has been warm, kind, caring, helpful, and simply fantastic. Everyone there makes a point of learning the name of every child, including those that are not in their class and they even know the names of siblings that don't attend the center but come in periodically with parents at pick up/drop off. They also make a point of learning the parents' names and greeting them as they walk in. All of the teachers and the director, Paula truly care about you and your child. They actively seek feedback from parents on how to improve their services and go out of their way to make you feel like a member of the Learning Tree family. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a caring, supportive center to look after your child!!

My son has gone to the Learning Tree South since he was 4 months old. He enjoys going each morning and especially likes the splash pad in the summer time. I love that he gets the chance to interact with other children in a healthy, safe environment. Big thanks to his teacher Mrs. Jackie for making his time there so much fun! My daughter's best friend in the world is Ms. Katie Martin at The Learning Tree South Lyon. I watched Ms. Katie difuze a disagreement between two toddlers over a toy leaving the toddlers excited to share. I feel very lucky to have such a nice place and wonderful educator and friend with my kids. It takes a village to raise a kid and Ms Katie and The Learning tree are my village. I have become a better parent from their teachings and my daughter is becoming a very rounded, intelligent and sweet little person with their care.

My sons love the Learning Tree South Lyon and all of their teachers! They never cry at drop off, they are so excited to see their teachers and run in to hug them. They have such a healthy food menu and get them to eat things they would never try at home. I know they are in great hands, happy, healthy, and learning every day! We have interacted with most teachers and they have been in infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-k classes and we enjoy them all and could not be happier with our choice in daycare!

We are lucky to have found such a wonderful place for our kids to learn and play! The teachers at the Learning Tree are committed to providing a fun environment for our toddler and infant!
