Lance quoted a fair price and worked hard on a very hot day. The results were excellent—my ratty old carpets now look nearly new. Very good work; very good results.

Lance arrived on time. He was professional from beginning to end. He has the best and latest equipment, and he knows what to look for and how to resolve carpet issues. Lance from 911-DRY called me in about 6 or 7 minutes of my online inquiry. He was friendly, professional and was able to book an appointment with my husband and me within a few days.
He sent an email to confirm the appointment immediately, one the day before and also the day of.
He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and told us in detail what he would do.

Overall my experience with 911 Dry was a good one. They have great customer service and did an excellent job getting all the stains out of our carpet. I was genuinely impressed by the quality of work that was done. My only complaint is that the carpet took over 2 days to completely dry. I was told it would take a couple hours after the job was completed. Granted we live in a very wet climate but I would've appreciated a heads up that it would be at least a day long job and another day to dry out completely. This was only a major convenience as I have dogs and toddlers so we had no furniture in place for 2 days. I could've made better arrangements for us had I been aware of how long the process would take. Otherwise it was a good experience and I will definitely use this company again!

911 dry did an exceptional job on to office carpets in a warehouse setting that were very stained and I had very little hope that they would look good again. However after cleaning yesterday they both look like they are newly laid. I would use 911 dry again for sure and will recommend them to friends.

Lance arrived on time and listened to all my concerns. He worked diligently and skillfully. He used protection to avoid scuffing baseboards and corners. This impressed me as our home is still new. As he was working, he placed fans in strategic locations to shorten the drying process. When the job was complete, our carpet looked like new! We have told our neighbors of our experience, and will recommend Lance and 911- DRY to anyone.
