Step by Stage Interiors

Step by Stage Interiors are incredibly professional and wise! Hesitant at first due to cost I tried to sell my meticulously clean home without staging. It didn’t sell. After “investing”, my home sold within days for over the asking price. The return was so much more then the “investment”. I highly recommend Patrick and Anne to advise anyone seeking to sell their home effortlessly.

Selling a home can be a very confusing and difficult time. I initially chose to give my empty, meticulously cleaned out home a couple of weeks on the market to see if it would sell. It didn’t. After being encouraged to call Step by Stage Interiors and have it staged, I was hesitant at first due to the cost…if I’m being truly transparent. Patrick and I spoke. He explained that by staging my home, it would give the buyer an opportunity to view the house in a different light. He was beyond right. I live by the quote, “ Seek wisdom from people who are wise in the field” and I’m sure glad I did. After the “investment” was made to stage, my home sold for over asking price within days. Patrick and Anne are amazing at what they do and are wise beyond their years. The return I received was far more then the “investment”. Thank you for your guidance and if ever I sell a home again, I will...

My whole experience with Step by Stage Interiors was absolutely fabulous. Patrick was so professional in the whole process . Definitely one of the best business decisions that I made this year as the Staging process truly helped to sell this home. I will definitely using Step By Stage Interiors in my next sale . The whole process was so efficient , timely and expertly managed from beginning to end.

Step By Stage was so easy to work with. We had a very short timeframe to get our house staged and on the market. Anne came to our house within 48 hours of our call and gave us everything we needed for a DIY staging. She was available via text and phone call and talked me thru all of my questions! I 100% recommend Step By Stage and even plan on asking her to help me set my new house up when we move in! -Kim and Chris Baker

This was worth every penny! They were so easy to work with, responsive and professional every step of the way. They turned my Moms house into a modern, luxurious home. We definitely attracted the right buyers and her home sold for over asking price. If ever needed, I will definitely use them again.

Patrick and Anne did such a wonderful job staging our house in Lakeland. It made such a huge difference to the house and helped us sold the house quickly. We would definitely use their service again in the future.

Their staging work makes the house pop

Anne was great to work with and the staging really brought our house to life. She also went the extra mile in helping us select new lighting and interior / exterior paint colors to complement the staging. We sold the house for much more than we were anticipating. I’m confident the staging was a key factor and paid for itself many times over.

Step by Stage is a first class company. The wow factor they bring to the table is unmatched. Very professional and responsive. Step by stage helped guide me through any questions I had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was our first personal home sale for us in over 20 years. Staging was new to us but we went with our realtors recommendation and did it and we had multiple offers within 4 hours of the listing going on the market. The offers were higher than we were asking and we went with an offer from Oregon, I do not think they would have over bid as the others did without the staging. The staging was gorgeous and absolutely helped not only sell the home quick, but for more money. They pay for themselves.

We just wanted to Thank Anne & Patrick for doing an Amazing Job staging our 6,000sq ft home. This was not your average home to stage, they had the perfect vision of what each room needed to attract many buyers and they nailed it hands down!! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the home was staged that when we sold the house the buyers loved it so much they wanted to buy the furniture with the house!! Look No Further For A Staging Company Step By Stage Interiors was By Far Very Professional and Personal to what we needed to sell our home. Again We Can Not Thank Anne,Patrick & There Team Enough For Doing An OUTSTANDING Job From Start To Finish !!!!

The friendliest of people! Not to mention quick and efficient service. They sett everything up Beautifully and when they picked it back up, was like they were never there!

Best decision I made for the sale of my home. It was a painless process. The staging furniture was more perfect than I expected. I was sad I didn't get to keep the gorgeous pug statue but that fun little statue in the home was the icing on the cake! I will use them again and would recommend them 100%.
