For an event, I needed 65 name badges. I was using an online company who postponed/cancelled my order without calling to let me know. By the time I was notified via email, I was 4 days from my event, and even if reinstated, the badges would not have shipped in time. In desperation, I called 72-Hour Print. I talked to Jessica on the phone and she assured me they could get them done in time. Throughout the process, Jessica continued to reach out to me with updates and to assist me with design questions. Thursday I finalized my order with them, and by Friday at 1:00 PM, Jessica had called me to let me know they had my order ready. They turned out beautifully!! I am extremely grateful for the level of customer service I received, and the quality of the product. Thank you 72-Hour Print for helping out when I really needed it!! I will be using their services again soon.
