I was super excited to try Brooklyn bagel! Actually, I was very surprised how delicious the sandwiches are as a first timer. Even though I came an hour before closing time, everything still tasted fresh. I had both the Westchester and the M sandwich. The chicken was very good quality; better than I anticipated. The basil 🌿 was garden fresh and the mozzarella is the real deal.

The only downside is the coffee didn’t taste as fresh and it was kind of sharp and burnt. I don’t think I’ll be revisiting the coffee, but so far the sandwiches are incredible. Read more >

Everything was great, bagels tasted great and the ambiance is very nice! The only thing that gets a little confusing is that when you first walk in and you don’t know where to go to order your food and where to go to order your coffee, they should be both be at one register to make the experience smoother. After almost 70 years, I am considered a bit of a bagel store maven (by me). And let me tell you, this may be the nicest looking bagel store I have ever been in. Spotless. Gleaming. Two air conditioned bathrooms. Plus it is obviously well managed, as there is a plethora of help behind the counter, all of whom seem interested only in getting your order out, and getting it right. Plus, the bagels are delicious. Large, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. And they give you enough cream cheese to cover all four quarters. Order on your right, pay on your left, then wait for your order # to be called. Lots of seating inside and out. Me and my son have been wanting to check out this new bagel spot Everything was delicious! I felt the prices were very fair. We ordered bacon and egg on an everything bagel and a few others with scallion cream cheese.
The bagels are like 30% bigger than your normal bagel, which I thought was really cool. Loaded with seeds everywhere Top and bottom. Definitely my new go to bagel spot.

I was so excited for this to open, and I’m sure they’re working through kinks. At 8am this morning (Saturday), I ordered two whole wheat everythings from one line, and then had to wait in a second line (extremely long) to pay - a process that doesn’t make much sense, esp since some had more complicated orders and some had just a few loose bagels. By the time I got there to pay, they ran out of whole wheat everything. 8am on a Sat! It wasn’t a great experience, but I look forward to trying again later on. Read more >
